About these terms

Directive Domains Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore, operates DirectedDomains.com. These terms govern use of this website and the shared Directed Domains sign-in service where these terms are presented. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so.

The shared Google app may identify itself as Directed Domains when you sign in to a connected service. Each connected service’s own terms govern its features, purchases and other activities. Sharing a sign-in service does not make those services or their operators the same.

Client engagements

Website descriptions are general information, not a binding offer or a promise of a particular result. Paid work begins under a separate agreement. That agreement governs the scope, prices, payment, delivery, maintenance, ownership and termination of the engagement, and takes precedence over these website terms for that work.

Accounts and Google sign-in

This public website does not currently offer account registration or sign-in. Connected services may offer Google sign-in to identify you and control access. Use an account you are authorised to use, provide accurate information, protect your account, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Google sign-in alone does not authorise access to Gmail, Drive or Calendar. The calendar owner separately authorises the booking connection on sambourque.com. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account settings. Revocation may stop features that depend on that access.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website or shared sign-in service for unlawful activity, impersonate another person, seek access without permission, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or deliberately disrupt the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for information you submit.

We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address misuse, protect users or systems, or comply with law. Restrictions affecting a paid engagement remain subject to its separate agreement.

Content and ownership

Website content, branding and software belong to their respective owners. You may view the website and share links to it. Other use requires permission unless applicable law allows it. Submitting information does not transfer its ownership to us; you permit us to process it as needed to respond or provide the requested feature.

Ownership of client deliverables is governed by the applicable client agreement.

Privacy and other services

Our Privacy Policy explains the information used by this website and the shared Google-connected features. Google and other third-party services also have their own terms and privacy policies. Links to another website do not make us responsible for its content or operation.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but errors and interruptions can occur. We may update or withdraw public website content and features. These website terms do not create a service-level commitment or warranty that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Commitments and liability for paid services are governed by the relevant client agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Material changes to a connected sign-in service will be brought to affected users’ attention through that service or another appropriate channel. Changes apply prospectively and do not amend a separately signed client agreement.

Singapore law and contact

Singapore law governs these terms. The courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning them. This does not remove any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you.
